Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Rainbow Time! (Referred to as our shop/ we/ us/ our hereinafter) To protect your best interests, please read our terms and conditions carefully. When you click on "I agree to the shop's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" during order confirmation, that means you are aware and have agreed to all of our terms and conditions. We will protect customers' personal information based on the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and comply with our privacy policy. Using our services based on SHOPLINE means you agree to manifest your thoughts through digital documents. 

- About Your Order -
  1. Our shop has the right to decide whether to accept orders or not. Suppose accidents or other circumstances result in us being unable to accept your order. In that case, we will contact you by phone/ email/ our online shop messenger and process your order change or refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  2. If your order's successful, the system will automatically generate a private virtual account. After you've paid according to your order, the system will take 30 minutes to update your payment status. (Notice: Should you send the wrong amount of money by mistake, please contact us, tell us how much money you transferred, and show us the cover of your account book. We will help you apply for a refund.)
  3. Once your order's successful, the total price cannot be changed. We do not provide the service of combining two orders afterward.
  4. Please fill in the correct information (recipient name/ phone number/ address). Should the shipment of customers' orders encounter problems due to incorrect recipient information, customers must assume responsibility for loss and risk. 
  5. All information on your order, payment confirmation email, and package status will be sent to the email you provided, so make sure to fill in your email address correctly.

- Payment -
  1. Cash flow provided by ECPay Green World FinTech Service. Website will be redirected to ECPay Green World's webpage when proceeding to checkout.
  2. Payment Method: ATM virtual account / Credit card
    • ATM virtual account: Please transfer payment with online bank/bank app/ ATM within 3 days after receiving virtual account.

- Shipping -
  1. Shipping Fee: Varies according to delivery method.
  2. Time: All weekdays (Monday to Friday) 
    • Direct shipment: Package will be sent within 7 days after receiving order. Click on link to track package status: http://www.25431010.tw/Search.php  (Notice: Delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 days due to location.)
    • Convenience store logistics: Package will be sent within 7 days after receiving order. Delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 days. Convenience stores will send messages informing customers of package status. Please make sure to fill in the correct contact information (email address and phone number). Remember to pick up your package within 7 days of arrival. Identification will be required, so remember to bring your ID card/ NHI card/ driver's license (must be identification of recipient) Should you not be able to get package within pickup period, only when the package is returned to us can we deliver it again. (Requires additional shipping fee) 
    • Outlying islands: We suggest that you choose convenience store logistics. (If you choose direct shipment, we will send your package through Chunghwa Post.)

- Delivery -
  1. If we encounter problems such as incomplete or misfilled recipient information/ recipient being unable to receive package/ natural disasters/ system maintenance/ stock transfer/ stocktaking/ replenishment or more, your delivery may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  2. After shipment, if package is returned due to incorrect recipient information/ recipient being unable to receive package/ no substitute recipient to sign for package, recipient must pay additional fee in order to send package again. 
  3. Delivery time may vary due to location and the courier. Those with special needs (sending gifts, going abroad, etc.) must assume the risk. 
  4. Convenience store will send a message informing customer of package status. You might not receive notifications if you have activated a filter to refuse commercial messages or haven't turned on your phone for a long time.
  5. Delivery may take more weekdays under special situations such as natural disasters or when some convenience stores are off on weekends. 

- 7-Day Cooling-Off Period -
  1. According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 19, paragraph 1), customers have the right to return packages within the 7-day cooling-off period (magazines excluded). Please kindly understand that overdue requests will not be accepted. Invoice necessary for return or exchange service.

- Return and Exchange -
  1. If you receive your package and would like to return/exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of arrival (including weekends and holidays). 
  2. One chance to return/exchange per order. Please return the package new and undamaged. 
  3. If returning package results in total price falling short of the standards of free shipping/ free gift with purchase/ product sets with a special offer, please kindly keep in mind that shipping fee and difference will not be included in refund.

- Privacy Policy -
  1. In cooperation with SHOPLINE, our shop will use back-end functions to collect certain information about customers and their purchases, so as to provide products and relevant customer service, and apply such information to targeted advertising. 
  2. We provide necessary information to logistics companies for them to arrange shipping and contact customers.
