Return Policy

【7-Day Cooling-Off Period】
  • According to the Consumer Protection Act (Article 19, paragraph 1), customers have the right to return packages within the 7-day cooling-off period (magazines excluded). If you receive your package and would like to return/exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of arrival (including weekends and holidays). Please return the package new and undamaged so as to protect your rights to return/exchange. 
  • All magazine sales are final. The 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to newspapers, periodicals, and magazines. (According to the Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales)
  • Please notice that the 7-day cooling-off period is not a trial period. Should any parts be missing or the packaging already torn open, a deduction from the total price will be necessary. 

【How to Exchange】
  • If you receive your package and encounter the situations below, please send us your exchange request within 7 days of package arrival. 
    • Product defect or damage.
    • Received content different from order/ missing items
  • Should you encounter the situations mentioned above, please take clear pictures (or videos) and inform us through: 
  • After receiving your request, we will handle the problem based on your situation.
    • Unconditional exchange (⚠️Can only exchange the same product. E.G. Damaged Phonics Cards for a new set of Phonics Cards) 
    • Redeliver the missing items
Note1: Product defects does not include damage due to external forces. Situations that don't affect usage of product will not be counted as defects, including small stains or slight color differences in screen. 


【How to Return (Magazines excluded)

  1. Please send us your return request within 7 days of when you received the package (including weekdays/holidays). You can inform us by sending an email to rtestory@gmail.com or calling 04-3500-5800#332/321/333 (Service time: Mon to Fri 9:30-16:30)。
  2. We will contact you during working hours and confirm content/details of your return request.
  3. When we receive your returned package, we will check on all items' appearance and quantity while recording the entire process. Afterward, we will begin to process your refund. 
    Reminder: Package must be new and undamaged. (Including free gifts with purchase, accessories, packaging, etc.)
  4. Notice:
    • One chance to return per order.
    • Sending your request means you agree to our return/exchange policy and will cooperate with us on follow-up processing. 
    • We won't be able to refund the total price under these circumstances: 
      • Product apparently stained/damaged (Including gifts with purchase, accessories, packaging etc.). A deduction from the total price will be necessary. 
      • Partial returns may result in the total price falling below the free shipping standard. In that case, the shipping fee has to be deducted from the refund. 
  5. After confirming all the information above, we will start processing your refund. 
    1. Bank account: After confirming all the details above, please provide your bank account information (bank name/branch/account number/account name). We will send you a debit notification email. 
    2. Invoice debit: You will receive a debit notification in the email provided in your order. Make sure to click the "Confirm" link in mail within 72 hours. (Those who request full return & refund do not need this step)
    3. Refund process: After receiving your confirmation, transferring the money into your bank account will take at least 14 working days. 
    4. Done: We will notify you after refund. Please confirm after notification. 

【Why isn't my refund processed?】
  1. Wrong bank account information. 
  2. You haven't clicked "Confirm" in your debit notification email within 72 hours.
